Quinoa flour is obtained by milling and sifting classified quinoa grains. It is used to prepare different foods such as cakes, cookies, bread, pizza, desserts, and/or any salty or sweet dough with the nutritional contribution of Quinoa, gluten free, high content of high quality vegetable proteins, it has all the essential amino acids of proteins, something unusual in the vegetable kingdom that is why it is an indispensable food in a vegan or vegetarian diet.
