The ají panca is originated in peru, measures from 10 to more centimeters in length and 3 centimeters in width. It is part of the peruvian gastronomy. The fruit, once ripe, acquires a dark chocolate color, this pepper is one of the less spicy that exist so it is used to give flavor and color to meals, this chile has a sweet flavor similar to a berry. It is a delicious chile to process raw and use in salads. It is also suitable for stews and sauces (moles). During ripening the chillies decolor from green to board brown. They are also chillies suitable for drying.
