Dryed yellow chili is an endemic species from peru, it is an elongated, very flavorful and aromatic fruit, its color ranges from yellow to orange, its spiciness is not so intense as it is mixed between spicy and sweet, it is mostly consumed fresh, ground or sliced and as a condiment in sauces. The production areas are distributed along the peruvian coast from tacna to tumbes, it is sown perfectly from the month of july-august. Yellow chili is an essential component in many dishes of peruvian cuisine.
