The Association of producers Perla del Paraiso is located in the hamlet of El Paraíso, who have a different dynamic because they are in the middle of the penetration highway to the provinces of Santiago de Chuco and Sánchez Carrión, this has allowed families established on the margins along the way implement small cheese and other by-product production companies, from milk that comes from nearby villages.
They have 25 active direct partners (9 women and 16 men), and 18 indirect partners (milk suppliers).
This association currently produces more than 10 types of dairy derivatives, having as products the Blueberry Yogurt, made fresh pasteurized milk, dairy cultures, sugar and processing the canned blueberry, being highly nutritious and of good flavor.

WE HAVE THE QUALIFICATION OF A PRIVATE AGRICULTURAL CITE, GRANTED BY THE INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY OF PRODUCTION (ITP), ASSOCIATED WITH THE MINISTRY OF PRODUCTION.
