CURRENTLY WORKING AROUND THE “AJÍ MOCHERO” DESIGNATION OF ORIGIN PROJECT, A STRATEGY OF INNOVATION IN BIODIVERSITY, GASTRONOMY AND THE MARKET. BEING THE FIRST DENOMINATION OF ORIGIN OF A CHERRY IN PERU. IN THIS PROJECT THE UNIVERSITY LA MOLINA, LA UPAO, EL CEDEPAS NORTE AND ACURIO RESTAURANTS ARE ARTICULATED.
THE PURPOSE OF THE CEDEPAS NORTE AGRICULTURAL CITE, HAS A PURPOSE TO RAISE THE LEVEL OF TECHNOLOGICAL, PRODUCTIVE, BUSINESS AND COMMERCIAL INNOVATION OF ASSOCIATIVE COMPANIES; CONTRIBUTING TO THE IMPROVEMENT OF REGIONAL COMPETITIVENESS. THE CEDEPAS NORTE AGRICULTURAL CITE DEVELOPS NEW PRODUCTS THAT BRING ADDED VALUE TO THIS PEPPER. THE LIQUOR OF AJÍ MOCHERO, IS OBTAINED FROM THE MACERATION OF AJÍ MOCHERO IN PISCO (CHOLED), IN ADDITION TO OTHER PRODUCTS, STAR ANISE, TREATED WATER, SMELLING CANDLES AND CINNAMON.
WE ARE A NON-PROFIT CIVIL ASSOCIATION. OUR CENTRAL OBJECTIVE IS TO STRENGTHEN CAPACITIES FOR SOCIAL AND TECHNOLOGICAL INNOVATION, TOGETHER WITH OTHER SOCIAL ACTORS IN THE WORK AREA; PROMOTING SUSTAINABLE EXPERIENCES OF INCLUSIVE DEVELOPMENT AND REDUCING THE SOCIO-ECONOMIC GAPS, STILL EXISTING IN THE POPULATION OF THE TERRITORIES OF OUR AREA OF ACTION.
