It is a specially formulated Emulsifier that contains high oleic fatty acids. Its high content of "OMEGA 3" and "PHYTOSTEROL" makes it the "FUNCTIONAL" additive that, by adding it to different foods, allows them to be offered to consumers as a Functional Food, such as "FUNCTIONAL ICE CREAMS"
Since EMULSOL FW-3 is sensitive to high temperatures, it is suggested to place this emulsifier as the last ingredient before pasteurization to avoid OMEGA 3 degradation in the preparation. You can add an infinity of products in addition to Ice Cream of all kinds, in Bakery Products, Flavored Dairy Products, Gluten-free Products, Vegan Products, etc.
