As a response to the latest trends of consumers that favor healthy eating and in particular of vegetable origin, we have developed a Stabilizing Neutral Base with Emulsifier to be used in Ice Cream of strictly vegetable origin that allows us to meet the demands of the growing Vegan market and the Market of traditional Kosher products. The use of these products facilitates the task and ensures the Ice Cream Manufacturer, as well as the Consumer, to obtain the desired products with certainty. The manufacturing processes are similar to that of Classic Ice Cream.
