Instant oat flakes are obtained from oat grains subjected to a special hydrothermal treatment, hulling and flaking. Thanks to this process, the time of their preparation for consumption is significantly reduced.

They are a rich source of digestible carbohydrates (starch) giving energy and a feeling of fullness for a long time. In addition, they contain easily digestible protein and a relatively large amount of fiber regulating the digestive system. The digestible fraction of oat is beta-glucans. They support our immunity and help maintain the proper level of cholesterol in the blood. Oatmeal is rich in a complex of B vitamins (B1, B6), responsible for the proper condition of our skin, hair and nails. They also contain vitamin PP and E as well as many micro and macro elements such as magnesium or selenium.

Oatmeal is an excellent proposition for a tasty and nutritious breakfast with milk, yoghurt or fruit. They can also be used to prepare gruels, muesli and cookies.
