Our C9 scraped cylinder heat exchanger has specially shaped pre-stamped double walls for forced circulation of the refrigerating solution. It provides an excellent solution to problems of forced refrigeration and is used when there is the need to reach a temperature close to freezing point for certain liquids (preservation of juices and must, tartaric stabilization in wines).
Comprising two or more units to combine as required, it meets a wide range of needs with exceptional working flexibility and great reliability, even in difficult working conditions.
All the components are in AISI 304 stainless steel and insulation is injected high density expanded polyurethane. Manufactured with sophisticated production techniques and carefully selected materials, the machine complies with the traditionally high standards of quality which have always been associated with Cadalpe.
