Product Details

C25 pre-coat filter, with horizontal discs and final discharge of semidry cake, offers peculiar solutions and has been designed to meet the requirements of many operators.
Thanks to a specialized building technique and to a high functional level, it offers following substantial advantages:
• perfect cake stability and integrity even in case of prolonged interruptions;
• re-building of pre-coat when clogged because of wrong maneuvers or unadequate D.E. metering;
• final total filtration of liquid remained in the filter housing;
• detachment of exhausted cake by centrifugation and its ejection without vibrations or scraping;
• final disk wash by water jets directed under pressure from the same filter pump to two nozzles on each plate, oriented so as to
eliminate the residue on the panel.
The manufacturing standards and the high level of workmanship of this product are in line with the Cadalpe quality tradition.
