The C14 40x40 sheet filter, new sanitary version, withstanding pressures up to 5 bar, guarantees the absolute clearness of the filtrate
up to its sterilization. The filtering sheets, according to their structure, act as a homogenous and impermeable barrier not only stopping
the suspended microparticles, but even yeasts and bacteria.
The Moplen (PP) or steamsterilizable Noryl (PPO) filter plates, specially designed for an even flow distribution, the strictly sanitary
stainless steel fittings and circuits, the stainless steel frame with its sober and compact structure, mobile on wheels, the hydraulic plate fastening system (by request), its careful and updated manufacturing in compliance with the latest standards, make this unit particularly suitable for the small and medium size winecellar
