Product Details

PIERI designs and manufactures:
- motorized roller and chain conveyors. PIERI’s ROLLER CONVEYORS/CHAIN CONVEYORS are customizable on each customers’ request.
- The SHUTTLE is the PIERI’s automatic conveying system for the transportation of the pallets.
- The TURNTABLE STATION and ROLLER/CHAIN EXCHANGER enable the palletized loads to change direction. The turntable station consists of a roller conveyors or chain conveyors able to rotate on its axis allowing the 90° exit of the palletized loads without changing the pallet orientation in the transport direction.
- The EMPTY PALLET DISPENSER satisfies on one side the requirement of depositing empty pallets and on the other feeding pallets for the production line. The operator will deposit empty pallets in the warehouse and the automatic device, equipped with conveyors, will dispense the pallets to the production line. The capacity of the system is up to 12 pallets.
