Product Details
SILVER GO CAD and SILVER FAST CAD are PIERI’s arm wrapping machines with a Cardboard corner protection Applicator Device. The automatic device CAD permits the protection of the four corners of the product. The automatic device CAD composed by:
• N. 8 corner warehouses divided by n. 2 warehouses for each corner of the product. It is possible to manage 2 different corner dimensions.
• N. 4 grippers allow picking-up, by a vacuum system, the card corners from the warehouse and applying them on the product.
As standard equipment:
• Motorized pre-stretch carriage mod. MS-Pro up to 250%. The pre-stretch carriage system together with 7 customized programs guarantee perfect stability to the loads.
• Cutting & sealing clamp mod. PZCB3: The clamp unit cuts and seals pre-stretch film at the end of wrapping cycle. The sealing system never encounters the product; in fact, it acts against a hidden contrast bar. -
