The AVR 400 FLEXA is PIERI’s high performance ring machine with great flexibility. The rotating ring technology and the clamp unit built into the mobile frame allow starting and ending the wrapping cycle at any height of the load. The mighty framework and the special design concept are the answer to high-speed applications up to 100 p/h.
As standard equipment:
• Motorized pre-stretch carriage mod. AVS 240 up to 240%. The smooth release of the film is controlled by a dynamo, which also guarantee the constant tension spread on the load. For each program and for each wrapping cycle, the operator can modify all the pre-stretch parameters to maximize the stability and the protection of the palletized load.
• ecoMATRIX the patented tuck-in device for threading the film tail inside the last wrap. The perfect green solution for automatic warehouse, LGV/AGV or perforated film applications.
