Benefits and uses: Sacha inchi oil is rich in omega 3, omega 6 and 9. In addition to its health benefits when consumed, it can also be applied externally as it is an excellent antioxidant that helps moisturize and soften the skin. This oil is very useful in the treatment of irritations due to overexposure to the sun, contributing to the repair of the affected areas due to its high content of linoleic acid and antioxidants.
