Kiwa BCS Öko-Garantie GmbH is one of the pioneers of the organic movement in Europe. Kiwa BCS offers auditing and certification in all areas of organic production, including farmers, processors, (re)packers, importers, exporters and storage companies.

Any company that produces organic processed or unprocessed agricultural products, organic seeds or that processes organic agricultural products for use as food or feed must be certified in order to sell their product within the EU. Kiwa BCS offers certification for the entire organic production chain of organic products, including agriculture, food and feed processing, transportation, storage, trade, import, etc., which can be certified under the European Regulation on production and labeling of ecological products CE 834/2007.
