The quality of the Grimaldi Piscos lies in their cleanliness in sight, their typicality in the nose and their elegance in the mouth. This Pisco is the mix of 70% non-aromatic grapes like Mollar and 30% aromatic like Italia and Torontel.
We can witness a bright appearance, with large and long tears that denote its alcoholic strength and body. It has a deep sweet aroma that resembles blond raisins that are complemented by hints of wood and cinnamon.
You can have a generous explosion that denotes the sensation of honey, characteristic of the green must in conjunction with the orange flower, lemon and wood.
At Bodegas Grimaldi, we are passionate about the production of wines and pisco, taking care of every detail from the vine to the glass. Our story began in 1875 with Don Nicola Grimaldi, who arrived from Italy to the fertile lands of Chincha, Peru, bringing with him family secrets that have been preserved for generations. What began as a small vineyard is today a legacy of tradition and dedication.
This has been possible with the efforts of a trained human team that has perfected the art of creating unique Wines and Pisco, bottling not only flavor, but the essence of Chinchana culture. With almost 150 years of history, we are the fourth generation, committed to taking this heritage beyond borders. Since 2017, our products have conquered international markets such as England and Switzerland, reaffirming our presence in Spain in 2023, achieving national and international recognition.
Our mission is to be with you in the most memorable moments of your life, providing the special touch that each occasion deserves. With each bottle of Bodegas Grimaldi, you not only taste a drink, but a living tradition, full of history and passion.
