Our story began in 1875 with Don Nicola Grimaldi, who arrived from Italy to the fertile lands of Chincha, Peru, bringing with him family secrets that have been preserved for generations. What began as a small vineyard is today a legacy of tradition and dedication.
This has been possible with the efforts of a trained human team that has perfected the art of creating unique Wines and Pisco, bottling not only flavor, but the essence of Chinchana culture. With almost 150 years of history, we are the fourth generation, committed to taking this heritage beyond borders. Since 2017, our products have conquered international markets such as England and Switzerland, reaffirming our presence in Spain in 2023, achieving national and international recognition.
