OUR STORY:
Finca 314 is the story of a legacy of women dedicated to the artisan elaboration of Premium Pisco for more than 190 years; from our great-great-grandmother “Etelvina”, one of the pioneers women in the artisan elaboration of Pisco, up to the fifth generation, made up by Claudia, Gabriela and Fátima Moquillaza Robatty. We have retaken these family anchors, respecting the original infrastructure of that time of “La Bodega”, (presence of Fermentadores, Lagar, Alembique, Stove, Alberca and Pisquera), as well as the ancestral elaboration of Pisco.
We are a Cellar with felds of own crops, where there are seven varieties of creole grapes. We have the HACCP certifcation for our Pisco lines and we have sanitary protocols of biosecurity, guaranteeing a product 100% innocuous.
From this perspective we have the professional support of the technician oenologists and master distillers. We are a family business that distributes the functions based on the capabilities we have generated and acquired with constant training and learning from those we consider allies of our products such as oenologists, tasters, sommeliers and bartenders.
Close to reaching our Bicentennial, we are proud to bring the family’s history to national and international markets.
Following this legacy, we continue with two great pillars of our bicentennial tradition: The honesty and quality; values that are today awarded through national and international contests, where we have obtained gold medals in our different Pisco lines. Currently, the General Management of Finca 314 is under the lead of our mother, Carmen Robatty de Moquillaza, a perfect combination of the
wisdom of the years with the freshness of youth.
