Quinoa is a seed that belongs to the species chenopodium quinoa. It grows in the Andean region of Peru between 2,500 and 4,500 meters above sea level. Quinoa seeds contain essential amino acids such as lysine and acceptable amounts of calcium, phosphorus and iron.
Quinoa is the main source of nutritional value in any recipe. Perfect food for children, teenagers, sportsmen and adults who want to maintain an optimal physical condition since it provides fiber, minerals and proteins. In addition, it is one of the least allergenic grains, so they are a fantastic alternative to wheat. -

COOPAIN CABANA LTDA was created on July 12, 2010 by initiative of a group of quinoa producers with the main objective of contributing to the improvement of the quality of life of the producers and to generate employment sources for the population of the district of Cabana.
At the moment, it commercializes pearlized quinoa to the international market of France, Germany and United Kingdom, which can reach up to 40% of its total commercialization. The varieties of its product are white quinoa, red quinoa, black quinoa and tricolor quinoa. In presentations of 50kg, 25kg, 350gr, 400gr respectively.
