Suitable to treat simple syrup, final syrup, finished drink and fruit juices, including viscous product containing small chunks, pulps and fibres, can be treated.
Suitable for all types of filling technologies: cold, hot and ultra clean.
Water & energy saving: energy recovery up to 90% (cold filling process); 80% recovery of the steam. Integration with vacuum deaerators complete of aroma recovery, homogenizers and saver tanks.
Plate pasteurizer or sterilizer with standard or “free flow” plate type, for non-carbonated and/or carbonated beverages, clear or with fibers of small size and a low content.
Tubular Pasteurizer or sterilizer available with various pipe type (smooth surface, corrugated, double wall corrugated, embossed tubes) and design (tube-in-tube and multi-tube). Suitable for the treatment of final syrup, finished drink, fruit juices suitable to treat viscous product containing small chunks, pulps and fibres. -
