THE band HAS A VERNA SILICONE BAND (SPAIN) OR A POLYURETHANE BAND OR OPTIONAL POLYURETHANE BAND WITH ESBELT PROFILES (SPAIN) ACCORDING TO REQUIREMENTS. THE ROTATING TABLE IS MOLDED IN FIBERGLASS WITH RETAINING EDGES AND AN INCLINED PLANE, WITH A MANUALLY ADJUSTABLE ANGLE, TO RECEIVE THE PACKAGES.
THE BELT CHASSIS IS IN 304 STAINLESS STEEL WITH SKF POLYPROPYLENE BOXES WITH 2RS SELF-ALIGNING BEARINGS.
ALL THESE ELEMENTS, BOTH ROTARY TABLE AND CONVEYOR BELT, ARE MOUNTED ON A 50 X 30 X 3.2MM THICK SAE 1010 STEEL CHASSIS, PAINTED WITH WHITE BAKED POLYESTER, OF HIGH STRUCTURAL RIGIDITY (MARKED ON GUITED WHEELS, FRANCE) NOVOPLEX MATERIAL WITH ANTI-TURNING AND BRAKING SYSTEM. IN ADDITION, BOTH ELEMENTS HAVE STM MOTOR-REDUCER (ITALY).
