AK Vegetable Shortening are made from fully refined, bleached and deodorized high quality palm oil.
They are Palm Based shortening which are non hydrogenated, transfat and cholesterol free.
They are high oxidative stability fats.

AK Vegetable Shortenings are soft plastic type fats used in baking cakes, biscuits, bread, noodles & fillings. They offer a smooth consistency that facilitates mixing and may also be used as filling medium.
