HOW TO CONSUME IT?
IT IS CONSUMED COOKED IN REPLACEMENT OF RICE IN PREPARATIONS SUCH AS SPRING RICE, CHAUFA RICE, QUINOA RISOTTO, ETC. IN ADDITION TO SOUPS, STEWS, DRINKS, AMONG OTHERS AND IT CAN REPLACE BREAD IN CULINARY PREPARATIONS.

PROCUREMENT
We have a supply chain of 3,000 chia and quinoa farmers under our Certified Organic Program by an external agency. We have agronomists supervising production throughout the year, with presence in all quinoa & chia growing regions.
PRODUCTION
We have a production capacity of 10,000 MT of chia and quinoa. A processing facility with a BRC "AA" certification. The plant is one of the best recognized processing infrastructures in the quinoa industry, as we pack several private labels directly in Peru
