The grape clusters are harvested from sunny vineyards, which after squeezing them are fermented in jars and jugs. Days later it goes through the alembic to offer us a fine and delicate liquor; called Pisco.
It leaves us the moderate expression of aroma with an ideal typicity for times of celebration with good company. -

At Bodegas Grimaldi, we are passionate about the production of wines and pisco, taking care of every detail from the vine to the glass. Our story began in 1875 with Don Nicola Grimaldi, who arrived from Italy to the fertile lands of Chincha, Peru, bringing with him family secrets that have been preserved for generations. What began as a small vineyard is today a legacy of tradition and dedication.
This has been possible with the efforts of a trained human team that has perfected the art of creating unique Wines and Pisco, bottling not only flavor, but the essence of Chinchana culture. With almost 150 years of history, we are the fourth generation, committed to taking this heritage beyond borders. Since 2017, our products have conquered international markets such as England and Switzerland, reaffirming our presence in Spain in 2023, achieving national and international recognition.
