Our concentrate is made from purple corn, a
cereal native to Peru, whose pre-Columbian
cultures considered it sacred. It has been
used since pre-Inca times and its image has
been found in various ceramic objects of the
Mochica culture dating back 2500 years.
Our Concentrado has purple corn sown and
classified from the lands of Arequipa, which,
once in the plant, is shelled to separate the
kernels from the kernel, cleaned and then
entered into the cooking area to be processed.
In addition, in its preparation, the purple corn
is mixed with selected fruit such as pineapples,
quinces, and flavored with spices such as
cinnamon and cloves.
After pasteurization and obtaining the essence
of the purple corn, it is mixed with the permitted
food additives and then packaged in PET
bottles, eco-extruded bags and special foodgrade
certified containers for distribution.
